Zhuang Weidong, who is fluent in Chinese, English, Cantonese, and Chiuchow Dialect, is a leading lawyer in legal issues involving foreign factors. He has extensive experience in advising clients on both litigation and non-litigation aspects. He is also an independent director in a few companies including listed companies, and is a meditator appointed by Shenzhen Qian Hai Court.
Mr. Zhuang was once appointed as a judge in a district court. In 2004, He was a delegate of 15 young Chinese lawyers participating in Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme sponsored by the British government. The scheme includes Studying English Law in London University and working in an international law firm in London.
Mr. Zhuang acquired a Master degree of law [corporate and finance law] in Hong Kong University in 2009 and a CPE diploma (common law) in Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011. He also has a diploma of Marketing Strategy and Management Diploma in Brikbeck College, London University.
With the aspiration to drive the development of the legal profession, Mr. Zhuang delivers lectures and presentations on international legal topics at multiple seminars and forums.
