Ms. HUANG has represented international well-known assets management companies such as the Carlyle Group, DCP Capital, Primavera Capital Group, etc. in launching their RMB funds, applying for the establishment of QFLP funds and assisting in the ODI procedure, as well as advised on the daily operation and compliance of their RMB fund managers and RMB funds, has represented China International Capital Corporation, Ant Group, Eastern Bell Capital, CMC Capital, etc. in the formation of USD funds, and has represented Hongshan (formerly named as Sequoia China), ByteDance, Alibaba Group, China Investment Corporation, etc. in investment in several RMB funds and USD funds.
