Ms. Quanlai Huang, senior partner of Beiyuan Law Firm and principal of international business, is a CIPP/US (IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States) and CIPP/E (IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe). Ms. Huang has been practicing law since 1996. She is a Master of Law of Peking University, a visiting scholar with full governmental scholarship of University of London, the "Leading Talent of Lawyers for Foreign Affairs" by the Ministry of Justice and by the Guangdong Lawyers Association, Overseas IP Protection Expert by China (Shenzhen) IP Protection Center, an arbitrator sitting in numerous international arbitration centers, an IP lecturer as one of the 29 members of the Lecturer Team for Foreign Legal Services founded by Guangdong Lawyers Association, and Nanshan Overseas Intellectual Property Cooperation Service Platform Expert. R. C.), and 2014-2018 Typical Cases for Foreign Related Legal Services by Guangdong Lawyers Association.
