PAN Yao, a partner at Grandall Law Firm (Shenzhen), holds a master degree in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow. Currently, Ms. Pan serves as the Deputy Director of the 11th Shenzhen Lawyers Association's International Investment Law Professional Committee and is recognized as a leading talent in foreign-related law in Shenzhen City.

Provides legal services for the following project: the acquisition of a Singapore-listed company by a Chinese-listed company; the establishment of an industrial zone by China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd. in Russia; real estate, warehousing, and logistics acquisitions by China Foreign Construction Co. in Russia; cooperation projects between Lanzhou Industrial Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Austrian Diamond Aircraft Industries; the establishment of the Golden Triangle Economic Zone project in Laos; collaborative development of the Kra Canal project in Thailand; and a flying car project with a Dutch joint venture.
