He had worked at both international and large- scale law firms for more than twenty years. He is now a senior partner of Anthony Siu & Co., Hong Kong and a lawyer of Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm. Mr. Chiu is proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He has extensive experience in cross-border investments projects, listed companies compliance, IPO and secondary market financing, cross-border acquisitions, and information technology projects. He has also served as an independent non-executive director of several Hong Kong listed companies. Mr. Chiu had advised on a range of projects across different areas, including but not limited to, highway, logistic, oil refining, power plant, real estate, telecommunication, tourism, entertainment, hotel, electronic gaming, construction materials, automobile, biopharmaceuticals, digital assets and protection of intellectual property rights. He is also the mediator of the following centres: the Cross-border Commercial Mediation Centre and Greater Bay Area Joint Mediation Centre, the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center and the Zhaoqing Zhengxing Commercial Mediation Center.
