Representing Clients in various cases including but not limited to:
Yeung Yuen King v Kong Wai Ha and Others., CACV 79/2014; HCAP No. 19 of 2010 Trial and Appeal - Successfully persuaded the Division of First Instance and the Division of Appeal of the High Court to accept a few pages of Chinese records written by the deceased as a valid will.
Kwan Tsong-hing also known as Kwan Tsong-hing v Kwan Tsong-Kin HCA 1728/2014, High Court of First Instance Dispute - Successfully representing the plaintiff in recovering from the defendant the plaintiff's share of the proceeds from the sale of property.
Ho Yat Po trading as Mei Ngai Decoration Company v. Advance Development Investment Company Limited, CACV 327/2004, HCAL 5960/2002, the High Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal successfully represented the plaintiff in recovery of unpaid construction costs.
Over the years, she has handled numerous criminal cases and acted as defense representative in numerous courts at all levels.
