Mr. Ma Kaiyang (Kian) is currently the Hong Kong representative and lawyer of V&T Law Firm. He currently serves as a council member of the Information and Communication Law Society of the Guangdong Law Society, a council member of the Shenzhen Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Digital Economy Law Committee and the Belt and Road Law Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers' Association. Mr. Ma participated in the authoring of the book "Meta-universe Legal Services" as one of the editorial board members, which was officially published by the Law Press in April 2023. Mr. Ma is licensed to practice law in People Republic of China and has passed the New York State Bar Exam. He has served clients from mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, British Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands, Norway, the Philippines, Germany, and other countries or regions, and has participated in the planning of a number of second-instance trial and re-trial litigation plan, which has resulted in support for the re-trial and dismissal of the opposing party's request and other good results.
