Xu Shuyi (Nancy) is a senior partner of Beijing Yingke Law Firm Shenzhen Office (YK Shenzhen) and the deputy director of International Legal Affairs division in YK Shenzhen. Mrs.Xu worked for large state-owned enterprises in law and management since 1986, and earned her place as a lawyer, further to a partner, by practicing law in Guangdong Shen Ya Tai Law Firm, Guangdong Yisheng Law Firm and Guangdong Wutong Law Firm after 1995. Mrs.Xu, with Chinese psychological consultant qualification, joined YK Shenzhen in August, 2021. She has been practiced law for over thirty years. By using her gift in Cantonese and rich experience in Hong Kong and foreign business affair, Mrs.Xu has been the corporate counsel of dozen Hong Kong companies and foreign companies for over twenty years. Mrs.Xu was the Chinese labor law lecturer in Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, Federation of Hong Kong Industries and many Hong Kong trade associations for many years, and hold numerous sessions, with the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, to help human resource managers to earn their Law Officer of Human Resource.
