Ms. Guo Weiqun，as a partner of Sincere Partners & Attorneys, has handled many family cases involving cross-border marriage and inheritance during nearly 20 years of practice. She has served as the legal counsel for 14 years in a row for the "free legal consultation" project，which is funded by Hongkong Government and undertaken by the Shenzhen Center of the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions. Through this project, she has provided the legal consultation services for Hong Kong people working, studying and living in the Mainland, undertaken some foreign-related commercial arbitration and mediation cases. During her practicing career, Ms. Guo has served as a member of multiple committees of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association，such as the Hong Kong and Macau Work Specialized Committee, the Civil Law Professional Committee and the Marriage and Family Law Committee (since 2022). She also became an invited mediator of the International Commercial Mediation Center for the Belt and Road since 2018.
